Program Details

  • During the 2022-23 school year LifeWise Logan-Hocking launched our first site serving the students at Green Elementary School; the host classroom site is at Hocking Hills United Methodist Church (HHUMC) across the street from the school.
  • The Green Elementary students meet during their lunch period at HHUMC, being bussed to and from the site.
  • LifeWise Logan-Hocking will continue to expand by growing into the Middle School in the 2023-24 school year, holding classes for the 5th and 6th Grade students; these classes will also be held at HHUMC.
  • Long-term plans include expansion into the other 4 elementary school buildings, the 7th and 8th grades, and Logan High School; collaborative teaching sites and adequate funding sources are currently being sought
